Application Process 

Review

Review the Rules & Regulations. Make sure your business qualifies as a farmers’ market vendor, and that the vendor commitment works with your schedule.

 

Apply

Vendors and nonprofit organizations are required to complete the application form through the google form link below. The Farmer’s Market Coordinator will review your application within one week of receiving, and will notify you of approval or denial based on our vendor criteria.

FOOD TRUCKS: email the market coordinator at chanhassenfarmersmarket@gmail.com if you are interested in attending a market week.

If your application is approved, you will need to submit required documentation (if you haven’t already) including an ST-19 form (all vendors), any required licenses and/or registrations, and stall fees. If approved, payment is due 1 week prior to your first scheduled event (plan ahead for appropriate processing time of mailed checks or Paypal invoice payments).
